Right-to-Left Interfaces
RTL is an integration checklist; complete mirrored component support is not currently guaranteed.
Set direction explicitly
<html lang="ar" dir="rtl">Native text flow follows the document direction, but several Focus UI layout rules use physical left/right properties. Development tab icon gaps, vertical-tab separators/content padding and default dropdown placement now use logical properties and have browser regression coverage. The explicit focus-dropdown-menu-right modifier retains physical-right alignment. These changes are not in published CDN v2.0.0. Inspect other navigation, sidebars and toast positioning before shipping an RTL application.
Scope application overrides
Use logical properties such as margin-inline-start, padding-inline-end and inset-inline-start for your application styles. Keep locale-specific overrides after the library. Choose toast positions explicitly. Do not assume a dir attribute mirrors every component.
Test real content
Test mixed Latin/RTL labels, long translated strings, numbers, keyboard order, mobile layout and both themes. Full RTL component coverage remains future library work.
